Access to appointments can very difficult.
Repeat prescriptions is a right more of a service. All ways wrong or missing items.
I ring and a receptionist will say that the prescription is ready - when I arrive - no prescription.
Poor service.

Have had no appointment where I have not been treated as required. I have no complaints about the care I have received. The only thing that I could complain about is the times I've still been sat waiting to see the G.P has sometimes been as long as 2 hours.
